LIFE OF NAT
Don't worry, I won't bore you with too many details from my life story - so here's the brief overview.
In a nutshell I was born and raised 'up north', studied Multimedia Design at Northumbria Uni and after graduating moved down to London to pursue a career in design.
My time in the industry has taught me a lot. Having worked as a designer for almost 10 years I have a varied and integrated skill set that allows me to produce effective design and solutions for branding, print, web, mobile sites and apps. I am able to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team or individually. I’m known to hold my cool and deliver during intense high pressure situations, even when working throughout the night to hit that all important pitch deadline (all night long - cue Lionel Richie).
I have worked on brands from beer to banking including global household names such as Honda, Barclaycard, Disney, Virgin Media, Cadbury, Bacardi, Google, BBC, CRUK and Dulux to name a few.
I am also lead design and one of the founding members of award winning site To Work or Play.
THE BORING BITS
Ok so there's some stuff you might need to know. Like where on earth have I worked in the past? Am I legit? Can I actually work well in a team? Well here's a rundown of my past roles and some nice words people have said about me. If you are still in doubt you can also visit my LinkedIn profile here.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Natalie for the last 2 years. It started out as a weeks freelance booking but soon turned into a long term arrangement. She keeps producing great work and has been a real asset to my studio. If hard work, good design and humility are your thing then you won’t go wrong with Natalie.
Darren Cox, Partner & Head of Design, Forever Beta
Professional, inventive and hard-working. Natalie is all of these attributes. Whether concepting, crafting, or ensuring what goes live is as polished as the vision, Natalie shows she cares about the quality of the work. Importantly she understands digital and the unique demands designing for this channel requires. Natalie is also a great laugh to work with.

Natalie is terrific. I had the pleasure of working with Nat for quite a few years and she is a rare talent. A superb designer who pushes the work and always takes it to another level. She is strong conceptually as well. She is also a great team player, which is key with the pace we work at today. I hope I have the pleasure of working with her again.

There should be a Natalie at the soul of any creative studio. She is the rock, the foundation, the guiding hand. Natalie is incredibly well organised and always in control. She has naturally gravitated to a senior roll, has tremendous talent for organising very complicated work needs, controlling and developing project as they move through the studio. An extremely safe pair of hands and very capable of directing others with her cosiderable charm and wit. Also she seems to flourish under pressure and will always do what it takes to deliver the very best (she won't thank me for that). And did I mention she is a great designer too. A very obvious eye for good design, very skilled and familiar with new and older trends (she is a walking design almanack).
Simon Cheshire, Head of Digital Design, Rapp London
Natalie is a very brilliant designer. Her talents stem from an innate eye for the aesthetically pleasing - and she carries this passion through both her professional and personal lives. Beyond just being able to create great work, Natalie is also a skilled manager with the ability to motivate and organise a team - and doesn't shy away from these more managerial tasks. A trusted pair of hands, she is a great team member and a pleasure to work with.
